1. Agreement to Terms

  • Organization (where agreed)

All services are subject to:

  • Proper access to property

    We reserve the right to refuse any job deemed unsafe.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on visual assessment

  • Final pricing may change due to:

    • Volume differences

    • Weight

    • Hazardous materials

    • Additional labor required

    • Distance to disposal facility

Customer agrees to final price before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due:

    • Immediately upon job completion

    • Unless otherwise agreed in writing

    Accepted forms:

    • Cash

    • Credit / Debit card

    • Digital payment

    • Financing (if available)

    Failure to pay may result in:

    • Collection action

    • Legal enforcement

    • Additional fees

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customer must:

  • Provide safe access to property

  • Remove valuables before service

Garage Rescue MD is not responsible for items mistakenly removed if not clearly identified.

6. Hazardous Materials

We DO NOT remove:

  • Chemicals

  • Asbestos

  • Biohazard waste

  • Medical waste

  • Explosives

  • Certain construction materials

If discovered during job:

Service may stop immediately.

7. Property Damage

Garage Rescue MD takes reasonable care.

However:

  • Pre-existing damage is not our responsibility

  • Minor incidental damage may occur during heavy removal

Claims must be made within 48 hours.

8. Cancellations

Customer may cancel:

  • Free if 24+ hours notice

  • Same day cancellation may incur fee

Garage Rescue MD may cancel due to:

  • Weather

  • Safety

  • Equipment failure

  • Scheduling conflicts

9. Disposal & Donation

We may:

  • Recycle items

  • Donate usable goods

  • Dispose responsibly

Once removed, items become property of Garage Rescue MD.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Garage Rescue MD is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Lost profits

  • Emotional distress

  • Business interruption

Maximum liability = Amount paid for service.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved:

  • First through good-faith negotiation

  • Then mediation

  • Then binding arbitration in Maryland / DMV jurisdiction

Customer waives class action rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

Laws of the State of Maryland.
